The largest segment of Americans who can't find jobs are those with disabilities. Businesses eager to hire people with disabilities and meet their diversity mandates report that it’s difficult to find candidates to fill their pipelines; while job seekers report that they are unsure where to turn and how to proceed.

The National Breakfast Club© is a Community and Economic Development Forum designed to bridge this gap. It is a high impact, grassroots project of the Sierra Group's Workplace Foundation, available in cities and suburbs across the country.

Over a cup of coffee, your broad base of business expertise and suggestions will provide direction and links between candidates with disabilities and regional employment needs.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES ARE AVAILABLE. Now is a great time for you to make a difference in a person's life and a real impact on the economy. Supporting this economic development program offsets the shrinking labor pool created by our aging workforce and helps corporations address issues of diversity and compliance with the ADA and Section 508. The end of discrimination is coming for people with disabilities. Here’s your chance to lead the way. Please become involved.

Unprecedented success occurs during meetings of the National Breakfast Club. Currently, Breakfast Club activities occur in PA, NJ, DE, and in 2007 the Colorado chapter is set to launch.

Your tax deductible contribution will allow us to make more job matches occur between business and people with disabilities in these states and across the country.

Send your contribution today to: National Breakfast Club, 316 W. Valley Forge Road, King of Prussia, PA 19406 or call to inquire about other ways to support this commitment to economic excellence through heightened diversity!
